Calendar item does not appear to the public.

Calendar

So, you have added a calendar item in Campusuite, but when you visit the public view of the calendar, the item does not appear.

In some areas of Campusuite, or depending on your security level, when you add a calendar item, it is entered with a default status of staged. The item must be flagged as "live" in order to show up to the public. Simply login to campusuite, navigate to your calendar area. Then, click on the item to edit it. Scroll down to the bottom of the calendar item and click the "Make Live" button. Your item will now be available to the public.
